nyteside was a comic strip produced in 1990 for a CT area music "zine", which was put out by a clique of people who had dreams of being big time in the New Haven music scene. They were looking for a stupid quirky humor strip (because in their minds, all comics were supposed to be "funny"), but the creator was going for a cross between a Village Voice type of strip and regular mainstream comics. The readers got it...but the publishers didn't, so the strip was discontinued, and shortly thereafter the magazine ceased publication! Coincidence? You decide! Here now is the original, unedited strip in all it's B&W glory! Look for a new page to be added weekly!
